100g Sour Cream

50g Mayonnaise

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1/2 cup Grated Cheese (e.g. sharp cheddar or tasty cheese)

1 Spring Onion, thinly sliced

Optional:

100g Cooked Bacon, diced

1-2 Japaleños or Red Chillies, seeds removed and thinly sliced
