250g tasty cheese – Grated

Loaf White Sandwich Bread

Cracked Pepper

Sesame/poppy seeds – Optional

*You can substitute for Eta Ripples Salt & Vinegar for a crunchier result!

Instructions

Step 1

Set oven to 180°C, bake. Soften onion and garlic in a pot with a dash of oil.

Step 2

Once softened, add evaporated milk, onion soup powder and grated cheese.

Step 3

Stir until cheese has melted, continue to mix over the heat until mixture thickens.

Step 4

Add in cracked pepper and set aside to cool slightly.

Step 5

Spread mixture over each slice of bread (not too thick) and top with broken Deli Cut chips.

Step 6

Roll up the bread and set onto a lined baking tray.

Step 7

Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame/poppy seeds and bake for 5-10 mins or until golden brown.

Step 8

Serve hot. It pairs nicely with a chipotle dip for a bit of spice!
